A reception for two

Possibly the most personalized wedding reception I have ever attended, cheers to that! Everything from the decked out kids table, mountain bikes on display, and snowboard to sign; it all screamed Linnaea and Greg. Definitely a night to remember. This creative couple also had my assistant and I run a "photobooth guestbook." What is that you might ask? Well instead of having your guests sign a book, get them to write their message on a chalkboard or whiteboard, and hold it with pride alone or in a group and say cheese for the photographer aka ME. This venue had lots of space, so we even had a backdrop and some studio lighting to boot. Can't wait to see the finished book? Check back, you can be sure I'll post a link to it when its complete!

puppy love

Its true, I've done a post about my own life. Weird, I know. But I could resist my sleepy puppy :)

The Mountain Top Wedding

Meet Greg & Linnaea. I give them the most beautiful venue award for their wedding! They were married on top of Fernie Alpine Resort this July. Not only was it beautiful, but it was so personalized. The couple loves to mountain bike together at Fernie, and this is also where Greg popped the big question. They couldn't have chosen a better location. It was a beautiful day for a beautiful couple. I wish them all the best in their new life together!

Love in July: engagements

Meet Eric & Sam. They are engaged to be married this July, I had the privilege of shooting their engagements last week and we had the the most beautiful lighting. The couple was obviously photogenic! And not to mention a pleasure to work with. Can't wait to shoot their wedding in just a few short weeks, so be sure to check back for a sneak at that as well! Ebert Family

Last weekend I was able to spend some quality photo time with my cousin Lacy and her in-laws, the Eberts. The Eberts live in a small town just outside of Fernie BC, and what a beautiful place it is! Breath taking views and lots of mining history. For their family photos we headed up to an old mining site, and it created a beautiful backdrop. Enjoy the sneak peak! Prints can be purchased HERE. (no worries Eberts, your digital copies will arrive in the mail soon!)
